Your alt tags are showing.
Alt tags are enormously important and must be implemented in your page design. When using screen readers, these alt tags take the place of images. Not only should they be used for accessibility issues, DOCTYPE XHTML Transitional 1.0 require alt tags in order for a page to validate. If you aren’t using ALT tags already, you had better get on it.
Another reason why ALT tags should be taken more seriously is search engines may rely on these tags in ranking, especially when keywords are applied to them. Don’t go overboard with the keywords; you may run a risk of having your alt tags considered spam.
From what I’ve learned and found, hyphens are the better option when breaking up filenames or urls. The separate words (which should be keywords) are easily recognized by human users and robots of the crawling sorts.
